DostBiz Wire is a B2B news hub and business publishing platform designed to provide timely, accurate, and valuable business insights, press releases, and industry news. To maintain high journalistic standards, ensure eligibility for search engine indexing (including Google News), and protect our reader community, all published content must adhere to the following editorial standards.

1. Editorial Independence & Standards

DostBiz Wire operates under strict accuracy and transparency guidelines:

  • Factual Integrity: Articles must present verifiable facts, accurate data, and genuine corporate announcements. Exaggerated claims, misleading headlines (clickbait), or false press releases are strictly prohibited.
  • Originality: All submissions must be original work. Duplicate content, auto-generated AI text without expert human oversight, or unattributed copy from third-party publications will be rejected.
  • E-E-A-T Alignment: We prioritize content that demonstrates Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness. Articles should be written by verified business representatives, founders, or industry professionals.

2. Submission Categories & Formatting Requirements

Submissions must fall into one of our four official news categories:

  1. Press Release: Official corporate announcements, product launches, executive appointments, and company milestones.
  2. Business Insights: Expert analysis, strategic operational advice, and actionable B2B guidance.
  3. Industry News: Timely reporting on market shifts, sector regulations, and industry trends.
  4. Business: Profiles on local businesses, growth case studies, and network updates.

Formatting Checklist

  • Title: Clear, objective, and capitalized correctly (50–70 characters). Avoid ALL CAPS or promotional fluff.
  • Length: Articles must be a minimum of 300 words (400–800 words recommended).
  • Media: Includes at least one high-resolution featured image (minimum 1200x675px) with proper licensing rights.
  • Byline: Every submission must be attached to a verified BookMoreBiz user profile with a complete business bio and avatar.

3. Account Roles, Access & Spark Points Requirements

To maintain editorial quality and eliminate spam, submission privileges are governed by specific account tiers:

  • Contributor Access: Registered business owners are assigned the Contributor role upon account verification. Contributors can draft and submit articles for editorial queue review.
  • Review Process: All submissions enter a Pending Review status. Our internal editorial team evaluates each submission before manual approval and publication to the live feed and Google News RSS pipelines.
  • Cashback Points & Fee Structure:
    • Submission Deduction: A non-refundable processing fee of 200 CB Points is deducted upon article publication. Free monthly allowances may apply to active VIP Directory tier members.

4. Prohibited Content & Immediate Rejection Criteria

Articles containing any of the following will be rejected immediately and may result in account suspension:

  • Unsubstantiated financial promises, speculative crypto schemes, or gambling promotions.
  • Unattributed promotional affiliate links or undisclosed sponsored content.
  • Defamatory, abusive, hate-oriented, or illegal content.
  • Low-quality, thin text (under 300 words) intended solely for link building.

5. Corrections & Retractions Policy

If an error is identified in a published story, Dostbiz Wire will issue a correction promptly. To request an update, factual correction, or article retraction, contact the desk via our Contact Editorial Desk page with your article ID and details of the requested edit.
