System Audits & Point Expiration Rules
To protect the ecosystem and ensure authentic engagement, the platform applies automated audits:
- News Publication Deduction: On every published news post, 200 Business Advertising Points will be deducted.
- 10-Transaction Minimum: Businesses must complete at least 10 cashback transactions per 30-day cycle to stay free.
- 200-Point Inactivity Fee: Business accounts logging fewer than 10 transactions in 30 days are automatically debited 200 Business Advertising Points.
- Auto Profile Reversion: If Business Advertising Points drop to 0, badges, colors, and outbound links are stripped, reverting the account to a Personal Profile.
- 365-Day Point Expiration: Personal profile cashback points expire if not redeemed within 365 days, keeping the local economy active.
- Platform Fee: 50% points will be deducted when you give Cashback to Shopper.
